The techniques require the practioner to perform precise, directed procedures, over specific
areas in the body, with a light finger and thumb touch. These procedures create a vibration, a
quantum vibration, which allows the body to begin healing. Unique to Bowen Therapy, after
each procedure, the practitioner will leave, so your body can respond to this new vibration.
The vibration is usually very subtle, and not even recognized, other then most clients become
incredible relaxed very quickly. This is simplest yet most profound part of the Bowen
Procedure. During the resting periods the vibration, sends waves to the Sympathetic &
Parasympathetic Nervous System. The systems then begin to respond, relax and re-pattern.
