Yoga Flow 101, sign up for the next Workshop now!!

Yoga 101:
This two-hour workshop explores some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques that
make up the practice of Hatha yoga. After taking this course, students will be prepared for most beginner & and all
level classes. This workshop is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students
who want to review the basics


Yoga Flow 101: Same as above with a stronger emphasis on movement and breath connection.  One Saturday every
other month we will have a Yoga Flow 101 workshop.  This two hour workshop will be on Sun Salutation Series.   


~Both workshops include one week of unlimited yoga classes immediately following the workshop.~


Yin/Yang Yoga/Meditation: is a class that integrates Yin yoga (long-held passive poses that target the meridian
system and connective tissues) with vinyasa practice and meditation. We begin with half an hour of Yin yoga, and then
move into a vinyasa practice with a slight “yang’ twist, to stimulate the muscles and breath. We finish with 10-15
minutes of sitting meditation practice. The class integrates mindfulness as a main component of the yoga practice.


Yoga & Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss: is a TOTALLY new class offered at O2 Wellness. We will practice yoga
three days a week at noon, combined with hypnosis sessions once a month. This is a great way to spend your lunch
hour!!  Learn to Love your body, and understand what it and your mind need to be healthy. Boost your metabolism,
your energy level, and your awareness. We will also learn a 15 minute, home practice for the days we won’t be in class,
and you will be given an "at Home Hypnotherapy Session.  It is time! Release those patterns that are holding you from
felling fabulous.
