Our Story

O2 Yoga a little piece of heaven

In 2002 we opened the doors at O2 Yoga & Wellness in Gardnerville, Nevada.  It was our goal at that time to bring the time honored teachings of yoga to the Carson Valley.  To create a Kula, a group of people with a heart centered focus, of "oneness" to this beautiful community.  

In 2007 we moved into our current home, 1557 Zerolene Place, Minden Nevada.  It is: "a little piece of heaven," "a true gem," "so peaceful," well its just about perfect in our opinion.  

It was our intention to provide a place where all people are respected, and feel safe enough to grow, learn, stretch both body and mind, and ultimately connect/reconnect to spirit.
