Suffering, guilt, shame, fear and so much sadness are all very natural parts of grief, but they don’t have to be the only parts of grief. I was told by Sobonful Some, '“you cant grieve alone,” and she was so right. She taught me about ritual, and honoring all of the emotions, while a hand of support was always with me.

We offer one on one support, group workshops and classes, and Greif Retreats, all with tools to support you on YOUR grief journey.
We approach grief consciously, which means we don’t try to run away from it. We actually learn to make space for it. We learn about our love through it. We learn to hold our hearts while healing. It is deep and profound transformational work.
