Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. This full-body listening experience fosters deep relaxation and helps restore balance in your body, mind, and heart space.
We will bathe in the vibrations to help us drop into the vibration of peace. We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we find it in our inner world.

Keri has been practicing meditation for 30 years. She is dedicating to improving self awareness through teaching, soul searching, and guiding self empowerment through self inquiry. She believes that meditations is essential, and individual. She has practiced many styles of meditation including primordial sound, integrative restoration, shamanic, and mindfulness.
Keri is a graduate of Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Program with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield
Jennie Pitts-Knipe MBA, YT, Sound Meditation
Jennie has been meditating & teaching yoga for 20 years. Jennie has a gift for teaching, and will help you access a deeper understanding of yourself. She cares deeply for the earth, and its inhabitants, and teaches that meditation is a dance with the gifts of the universe. Her sound meditations are heartfelt, and healing and are guaranteed to deepen your meditation experience.
